KOMPAN US is in search of a skilled Design Department Coordinator to join our team, ensuring clear, accurate, and expedient communication and delivery of design assets between the design department and other departments with a primary emphasis on requests from sales.They will ensure all new staff understands how to collaborate with the design department through various KOMPAN case management systems and software, helping every project team meet KOMPAN's mission of helping to create Happier, Healthier Communities .This position will collaborate closely with other departments in back office roles such as Pre-Sales, Project Sales Coordination, Project Coordination, and Install, as well as on-site colleagues working in the field such as Project Managers and Sales Representatives.As a global leader with an organizational focus on people, passion, progress, and performance, our mission is to create healthier and happier communities by delivering the best in play and fitness solutions. We exceed sustainability efforts and make it possible to lower carbon emissions by utilizing recycled ocean waste, consumer-recycled plastics, and textile wastes to create playgrounds that are born green or made green.What You'll DoVet all CRM cases for correct and necessary information before releasing to design groupsBe familiar with case management systems and software with preference for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Contact sales and other departments to get the necessary information and update case requests as necessaryFile opportunities and cases in CRM system based on external partner email design requestsManage ongoing and new cases for designers who are unavailable, rerouting them to available design staffInnovate upon pre-existing workflows, processes, standards, and templatesExcellent internal/external customer relationsDemonstrate excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to make subjective decisions regarding subject matter and projectAdministration of requests and deadlines & time frames among markets, designers and production teamResponsibility for ensuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) is maintained and managed in all marketsManage time and resources in NA Design DepartmentFollow up on deliveries with designersAttend department and project team meetings as neededProvide backlog overview, update and reportTake part in process developmentAll other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedA bachelor's degree or greater in an applicable fieldExperience with case management systems and software with preference for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Proficiency in navigating a pipeline that encompasses various stages and employs multiple software applications that all need to shake handsExperience in interpreting site plans, ensuring accuracy in scale, and comprehending topographical featuresAbility to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines and visual expectationsStrong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at onceStrong time management skillsExperience working with clients preferredExperience working in the Architecture and Landscape Architecture industries preferredThis position is based in Austin, TX with a hybrid working modelPerks and BenefitsComprehensive medical, vision, and dental plansEmployer-paid life and disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchCompetitive PTO and robust holiday scheduleNot Sure if You Qualify?That's ok!
