Envirco is a leader in clean air technology, offering high-efficiency airflow solutions for critical environments such as cleanrooms and laboratories.About the Role:Coordinate engineering design and order processing activities for standard and special customer HVAC orders. Assist in design and process changes for legacy HVAC products. Provide innovative and technical expertise within a world-class organization.Responsibilities:Generate solid models with SolidWorks based on input from engineers.Create production drawings using proper dimensioning techniques.Generate part numbers and bills of material (BOM) for manufacturing processes.Develop layouts utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.Update and replace outdated or missing product documentation with new SolidWorks drawings.Respond to Engineering Project Requests by completing projects on schedule and releasing packages.Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to ensure design specifications are met, identify waste, and recommend improvements.Prepare and monitor status reports and charts using Microsoft Word and Excel.Interface with both internal manufacturing teams and, occasionally, outside vendors.Accurately process customer orders by designing new components and developing bills of materials.Create comprehensive assembly bills of materials for subparts, raw materials, and purchased components.Maintain and update submittal documents and engineering design guides.Lead process improvements to reduce design time and increase efficiency.Required Skills:Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.Experience in HVAC product design and application or related field, with a strong focus on product application, manufacturing processes, and project management.Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and process tracking.Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.Ability to creatively solve problems and collaborate effectively across functional teams.Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degree.What We Offer :Competitive salary and benefits package.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
