Job Purpose:Promotes alumni endorsements and financial support of the university by directing activities of the alumni association; maintaining communications; organizing and directing functions.Duties:

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.* Develops the university alumni organization by maintaining communication with alumni and former students.* Keeps alumni organization informed by producing alumni publications.* Promotes comradery among alumni by directing alumni functions; organizing regional and national meetings; securing publicity for functions and meeting.* Maintains alumni support by promoting alumni endorsement of institutional activities; enlisting alumni aid in recruiting students and fund raising.* Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.* Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing alumni data and trends.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.* Enhances alumni department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Skills/Qualifications:Reporting Skills, Informing Others, Internal Communications, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Client Relationships, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Coordination
