This role will take a few different forms. Not only will this individual serve as the operational support arm for our cross-sell marketing programs and teams, but they will also serve as a primary partner and strategist to our cross-functional engineering teams and the development of internally built marketing technologies. This role will help support a company-wide initiative of developing a multi-channel/product-specific GTM motion for our customer business, and the role will include everything from product management, martech strategy, and technical solutioning.What you will do
Lead the cross-sell marketing operations function to increase the effectiveness of our marketing programming and the expansion of products within our customer base.Lead cross-functional strategic projects with our partnering engineering and business systems teams; including significant infrastructure changes, exploring technical solutions, implementing/refining processes, internal martech strategy, and performance data management.Partner closely with the Growth Marketing and AM sales org to prioritize strategic initiatives and then build/work with the technical supporting teams to build effective long-term solutions.Lead the team’s intake and sprint planning process; collaborate, prioritize, and communicate updates for requests with cross-functional stakeholders.Build business-facing documentation that takes a complex solution and makes it consumable for non-technical teams.Own and manage our product to SFDC data pipeline and downstream pipeline generating automation.Develop a strategy for a multi-channel infrastructure layering self-service components.Partner closely with the Growth Analytics team to ensure their data inputs are accurate and standardized across our products and CRM.What you will need
5+ years of Marketing Operations management experience.A track record of hiring and developing talented marketing ops professionals.Experience with SQL, Snowflake, ETL/data pipelines as well as BI Tools (Tableau, Mode).Advanced knowledge in Marketo & SFDC and overall marketing technology stacks including enrichment, demo booking, intent, and event registration vendors.Experience building advanced automation via platforms such as Workato/Zapier/SFDC flows/etc.Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper-growth environment.Superb project management skills; experience with different types of PM frameworks.Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.Exceptional presentation skills and organized communications.Additional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer.
