The Executive Producer oversees the content and production of daily public affairs broadcast in a complex live and live-to-tape operation. Must be able to mentor, lead, and coach staff members to produce engaging newscasts with accuracy and consistency.

Lead editorial meeting for topic/guest selectionManage producers and facilitate rundown creation and on-air productWork with on-air talent, content producers and the production team to deliver a superior productEnsure copy is written conversationallyPerform other duties as assigned by managementDIRECT REPORT(S): Producers, Talent, Graphics, Staff Editors, BookersEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 5 years producing experience.
