This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing video production teams and delivering high-quality video content on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Video Production:

Oversee the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and final delivery.Ensure all video content meets the company's quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Creative Direction:

Develop and execute creative concepts for video projects, including promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and more.Collaborate with various companies and brands, including Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Servant’s Oasis, and LiveUp Resources to understand their video needs and deliver content that achieves their objectives.Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the production process.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain and upgrade video production equipment and software as needed.Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during production and implement solutions.Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast.
