Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join our team.
Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.In this role, you'll work with PCS as well as our faith-based publishing department, LiveUp Resources https://liveupresources.com/.Job duties include:Developing digital and print marketing plans and branding of current products.Developing marketing plans for new products.Supporting the various departments of PCS to meet media needs.Collaborating with a 501C3, Servant's Oasis to support its success https://www.servantsoasis.org/.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.Experience using Microsoft Office, WordPress, and MailChimp preferred.At least 1 year of marketing/branding experience preferred.Leadership experience preferred.Benefits:Company paid health insurance or waiver pay if you are enrolled in health insurance elsewhere.Dental, vision, and disability insurance available.401K option with employer match available after 1 full year of employment.Paid time off.Paid holidays.Tuition discounts available if seeking a degree.Student loan pay down program that does not require you to pay PCS back if you leave.Pay commensurate with experience.
