Director, Field Marketing.Ideally you will be in proximity to our Switzerland (Rolle) or US (Boston) Corporate Offices. International relocators (EU5) welcome.Your MissionReporting to the VP, Marketing and leading our Regional/Field marketing team, you will be the driving force behind our demand generation initiatives, including field and digital marketing.Responsible for generating pipeline and sales opportunities supporting our Clinical and BioPharma businesses through the creation of world-class outreach programs.Set the global field marketing strategy, and translate into regionalized activity that delivers impact in target markets.Partner and collaborate closely with sales, product teams and a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment on the implementation of marketing strategies and achieving business goals.Build multi-channel campaigns and work in symbiosis with the Event Team, the Content & Proposition Team, Digital Marketing, Digital Operations and lead projects and actions across the team to meet lead generation objectives.Directly lead the field marketing team, defining objectives and driving execution and delivery against funnel and pipeline.To be successful in this role, we see you bringing:8+ years leading global or international teams in a commercial marketing environment.International industry experience leading demand creation and lead generation for a B2B Data, Cloud-Computing or complex software environment is critical.
