Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.The Senior Specialist, Advertising will be the lead advertising program manager for Epson’s B2B business units. This person is responsible for overseeing the different advertising projects, activities, and channels that their organization uses to reach customers. Their duties include setting goals and a timeline for carrying out impactful and effective advertising campaigns, consistent brand messaging, supervising creatives and agencies, collecting data on customer reach, leads and engagement, and evaluating the success of different marketing methods.Role and Responsibilities
Oversees the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it is impactful and effectively meets the needs of the target audience.Collaborates with clients (Sales, Product, and Market Research) and Leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals.Delivers campaigns to introduce prospective customers to product tentpoles, build brand awareness, and drive leads.Consistently manages and supervises campaigns to ensure they’re engaging customers and bringing in results.Analyzes results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign.Leads brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements.Operates within budgetary constraints, participating in the development of annual budget forecasts, contributing to development of tactical and annual operating plans, defining goals and objectives, and supporting invoice tracking and monthly budget reconciliation process.Develops and maintains written departmental standards and procedures.Principal AccountabilitiesIn addition to the following Epson’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Advertising Strategy
Participates in market research as needed.Participates in the development of annual advertising plans.Assists in drafting both creative and media briefs.Advertising Project Management
Works with creative agency partners from concept development through production to ensure on-time, on-budget, accurate deliverables.Works with media agency partners to create media plans and approval.Builds consensus with key stakeholders to achieve creative and media plan.Ensures review/approval of creative by legal and copy editing.Maintains timelines around all projects.Attends photo shoots; helps to ensure approved concept is delivered according to spec.Reporting: Ensures monthly metrics reporting by agencies is complete and delivered to metrics team.Shares advertising final files with Sales Enablement and shares advertising assets as needed within marcom.Media
Manages media activities, including planning, creative rotation, implementing any plan updates, and approval from internal stakeholders.Works with partner agencies to ensure on-time launch and delivery to spec.Minimum Experience Requirements
Requires 3-6 years of experience and experience with B2B brands.Prefer both agency and client-side experience, but not necessary.Demonstrated experience executing B2B and/or B2C advertising campaigns.Education
