The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.In the last few years, SBJC has experienced exponential location growth and as such, requires a leader to head the paid & earned media services area for both of our company websites (salonsbyjc.com & salonsbyjcfranchising.com). While these services are currently being supported by a 3rd party paid media vendor, the role of this position will be to not only manage the vendor but also lead the support growth strategy, whether it be with the current agency, a new agency, a hybrid internal/external model, or fully internal.Our corporate website will be undergoing a brand refresh later this year and the person in this role will play a vital role in supporting the lead generation strategy & implementation for both salon owner tenants as well as franchisee recruitment efforts.SBJC is looking for a dynamic leader that has recent experience leading a marketing group, vendor, or privately owned business, with support programs & key initiatives that help build a franchise retail business. The leader in this role must be analytically astute with advanced experience in digital analytics marketing specifically using Datorama (Salesforce), has worked with other marketing and sales enablement tools (i.e., call centers, telephony & on-site marketing programs), and has advanced communication skills (oral & written) from both a corporate and client level. This person will play a vital leadership role in the evolution of our marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and working cross-functionally with our operations team to assure we maintain a minimum average company-wide occupancy rate of 90%. This leader will direct an external team that includes vendors and consultants to deliver marketing support systems (primarily Salesforce CRM) but is also expected to lead in direct reports within the marketing organizations as well as cross-functionally.Responsibilities

Key member of the marketing team providing services and solutions for franchisees across North America for startups and existing business locations.Primary Salesforce contact for franchisees and concierges, helping with onboarding, lead data updating, training, and troubleshooting.Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns as the project manager for marketing initiatives that require a high level of concentration while maintaining extreme attention to detail.Collaborative team leader and strong resource for the digital marketing team for training, company processes, internal/external communication, and software.Research, gather, and analyze competitive lead data to help develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing leads.Manages Salesforce vendors on new initiatives and enhancements.Creates and contributes to newsletters for the operations team and Salesforce updates.Collaborates with management to determine Salesforce functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, testing, and deployment.Provides marketing and operational insight to management about best practices for UX/UI experience on all digital marketing platforms – website, social media, etc.Backup to the Senior Manager, Lead Generation & Analytics for paid ads and coordination between agency and franchisees/concierges.Requirements

Strong experience with developing performance reports via Salesforce using Datorama and/or other visualization reporting tools.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 5+ years of digital marketing experience; B2B and franchisee development paid media.Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple support teams to deliver an outcome.Strong analytical acumen that includes the ability to develop, analyze, and present data primarily from Salesforce, but also using other related data sets from various digital reporting tools.Good working knowledge of WordPress, Google Workspace & PowerPoint & Go to Webinar.Highly capable of working with & presenting to C-level individuals and concierge managers.Results-driven personality with a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and confidence.Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, with curiosity, and hungry for success.Ability to respond quickly and adapt to new scenarios/priorities.Experience communicating ROI and results to company leaders.Self-directed and ability to prioritize, action-oriented, and energetic problem-solver.A self-starter mentality, that can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting.Experience and thrive working in metric-driven, fast-paced, high-growth environments.Proven success working across diverse cross-functional teams.Critical and analytical thinker, proactive in proposing tests, ideas, solutions, optimization tactics, and channel strategies.Familiarity and proficiency with managing digital agency relationships.
