About the Role As a Project Manager, Field Visual Special Projects, you will be responsible for leading key workstreams within Real Estate, Testing, Store Rollouts, and any field-facing initiatives that have a connection to Field Visual Merchandising. You will also oversee all field visual merchandising databases of store maps and attributes, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels with Field Visual Merchandising, Store Development, Store Operations, Store Leadership Teams, Upper Field Leaders, Learning & Development (L&D), Communications, and Human Resources, amongst others.Represent stores and Field Visual Merchandising with other business partners, acting as an advocate for stores.Partner with the Store Development/Real Estate teams on all aspects of New Store Openings, Refresh/Remodels, Minor Remodel requests, store floorplan management, and brand template work.Partner and consult with Field Visual Communications and L&D on any field visual merchandising training programs.Manage all aspects of any Visual Merchandising tests in the field.Manage and keep current the Old Navy Store attribute database and store map files.Embrace challenges, adapt, and continue to perform through change and ambiguity while actively asking for feedback.Effectively brainstorm and implement new ideas and solutions with the team.Understand the stores and how they operate, as well as the employee experience and what motivates or inspires our internal teams (from Brand Associates to General Managers).Who You Are

Experienced in managing multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing, and adapting appropriately to meet all target dates.Proven track record of event planning, managing projects, timelines, and deliverables with a high degree of attention to detail.Retail Stores experience preferred.Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
