Epson America, Inc. is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager in the Epson Microdevices group to provide creative leadership in marketing Timing Products (Crystals and Oscillators) to Epson’s wide array of Data Center Networking and 5G customers. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with passion for growing our business and the right blend of technical background and customer management skills.

Drive end equipment analysis for assigned segments Datacenter servers, storage, and Networking productsPresent business plans to R&D and senior managementDrive channel demand creation through engagement activities and trainings with Sales representatives and DistributionMap industry & customer design locationsPerform TAM/SAM/SOM analysisCollect equipment block diagrams and understand what drives timing requirementsExecute customer campaigns in end equipment application segmentsPursue reference designs with IC vendors making architectural silicon
Technical Product Marketing
Present Epson products and product roadmap to customer design engineersOwn product line presentations, datasheets, web content, and sales training for assigned timing (crystals and oscillator) productsCreate marketing collateral like White papers, blogs, videos, application notes etc.Conduct competitive analysisInitiate new product proposals and work with R&D and senior management to manage roadmap for assigned productsActively participate in product life cycle management (NPI, NRND, EOL etc.) with engineering, Sales, Operations and R&D teamsAssist customers with product selection, including crosses and configuration
Customer Account Management
Actively engage with existing customers and grow the existing customer baseExtract key project information from customer meetings, document and organize technical information and actively engage with R&D teams to provide timely feedback to customers to exceed their expectationsKeep senior management up to date with the account information.
