Epson, a provider of best-in-class digital solutions and a world leader in the development of new technologies, is seeking a talented Project Lead, Systems to support Epson’s essential Business Systems landscape, particularly for Sales & Marketing Platforms including Salesforce, Pardot and other CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ business experience with hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud. Additional experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus. As we are in the process of re-platforming several legacy systems to keep up with the ever-growing needs of our business, this is a great opportunity for the individual to be part of this transition process and guide the team with the technology transformation. Responsible for providing the vision, leadership, and operational direction to support the mission of the organization. Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day management of projects within the area of Sales & Marketing Apps team. Actively participates in the evaluation and prioritization of sales & marketing projects. Ensures the success of each project by achieving the following:
Meeting project objectives within specified cost and time frame parameters and according to defined requirements. Communicating task status/issues to IS management & business stakeholders. Developing project plans by drafting detailed task schedules and tracking project progress. Contributing to the allocation of appropriate personnel and resources to projects. Coordinating IS function and user resources. Researching and evaluating the acquisition/development of appropriate software products. Participating in the development of success criteria and ensuring that they are met. Conducting feasibility analysis. Gathering and organizing business/user requirements. Developing and conducting system/unit test plans. Coordinating and assisting in the creation of user acceptance test plans and execution. Coordinating and/or participating in the development of implementation schedules within IS and with business operations. System implementation planning and execution, which may include user training sessions and associated documentation.
Conducts ongoing communication within IS and with business stakeholders (e.g., user review meetings for milestone sign-off, obtaining user feedback, reporting on project status). Keeps current with technology trends and their impact on the organization. Required Skills & Experience
Must have 8+ years as an experienced project manager or have at least managed 2 major deployments related to Salesforce suite of products (Sales Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CPQ). Must have hands-on configuration and project management experience. Primary experience managing various projects & deployments related to Salesforce and its various applications (Sales Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud). Admin experience in any of the primary Salesforce clouds is a very strong plus. Must have practical work experience with Scrum or any other Agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills & familiarity with MS 360 especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc). Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
