Job InformationThe Lee Caplin School of Journalism + Media at Florida International University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach introductory and advanced courses in writing for media, including introductory writing and reporting, intermediate and advanced reporting, writing for video and/or writing for social media.

Please note that this pool is open for the 2023-2024 academic year and is reviewed based on departmental needs. Screening of applications will occur as positions become available and continue until positions are filled.

Minimum QualificationsPrimary Instructor:

Master's Degree in communication, journalism, digital media or equivalent.

Professional experience in the communication field.

Bachelor's Degree in communication, journalism, digital media or equivalent.

Professional experience in the communication field.

Desired QualificationsCollege teaching experience.
