Drive marketing programs to build Small Business brand awareness.Plan and deliver online campaigns, including placements on email campaigns and push notifications.Execute Holiday marketing including deals merchandising, Holiday Gift Guides, and Small Business Storefront updates.Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of previous experience within merchandising and marketing.Site merchandising experience.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot Table, V-Lookup).Previous experience in merchandise creation and creation tools.Education Requirements:BA in Marketing or relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:Strong creative thinking and analytical skills.Comfortable with cross-collaboration and task-oriented independent work.Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills:3-5 years of previous experience within merchandising and marketing.Site merchandising experience.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (needs to have Excel experience in Pivot Table and V-Lookup).
