The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a growing marketing team as an experienced, dynamic, creative B2B marketing professional who knows how to think strategically and can roll up their sleeves to build and execute demand generation programs that support our expanding sales teams and help communicate the benefits of our business to diverse audiences across multiple industries.
We’ll count on you to:
Plan, build and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively attract and engage target personas to drive selling opportunities for the North America Commercial sales team.
Work directly with the account executives in your territory to support their target account and customer growth strategies.
Build repeatable and scalable 1:few programs for high-value target accounts in alignment with sales strategies.
Work with our channel partners to build and execute partner-specific campaigns, programs and events in territory.
Collaborate with your fellow team-mates on the successful planning and execution of ABM marketing campaigns.
Champion the use of data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics to enhance lead quality and increase conversion rates.
Utilize our marketing tech stack (marketing automation and CRM tools) to execute and manage impactful lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, nurture, and drip campaigns.
Leverage your social media marketing experience to coordinate and execute social posts.
Report on activities and monitor against KPIs and agreed metrics.

Position Requirements
Minimum 5-7 year’s business-to-business marketing experience specifically in the technology sector.
B.S. or B.A. Degree required as a minimum.
Experience marketing with and through channels/partners.
Have a strong understanding of B2B ABM approaches.
Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and think independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Successful candidate must be highly energetic and focused.
Ability to multitask and flexibility to perform with shifting priorities.
Strong project management and event management skills a must.
A team player.
Strong attention to detail.
Should have strong Microsoft Office Skills.
Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce a plus.
Experience in the Data Migration, Information Governance, Legal and Discovery markets or related technology a plus.
