Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, brand building, and market expansion.Market Research & Insights:
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Use these insights to drive marketing decisions and stay ahead of competitors.Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.) that engage our target audience and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Brand Management:
Ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing materials, managing brand equity and implementing crisis communication plans when necessary.Budget & ROI Management:
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking the return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns. Regularly assess performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results.Content Creation & Management:
Develop and manage content strategies, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media content, to enhance audience engagement and build our brand’s presence.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a positive culture and driving high performance. Ensure team members stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.Data Analysis:
Use data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and guide future marketing strategies.Customer Engagement & Retention:
Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat business.What We're Looking For:5-7 years of proven experience in marketing, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.Experience in digital marketing tools (SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.A data-driven approach with solid analytical skills to assess marketing performance and drive improvements.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for creating compelling content and presentations.Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve high ROI.What We Offer:Flexibility and Trust:
