Director/VP Direct Lending & Marketing Arivo is looking for a Director or VP-level Direct Lending & Marketing leader here at Arivo. This role will be a high-impact opportunity that will report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will help re-shape the company’s lending, marketing, and portfolio balancing strategies, while leading the largest growth vertical for one of the fastest growing companies in Utah.
Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.What you’ll do as the VP/Director of Direct Lending & Marketing:Manage Arivo’s Direct Refinance Lending strategy, execution, testing, response, and conversion optimization strategy.Manage the entire direct lending funnel, including mail, response, and loan origination towards explicit growth goals.Test creative & other mechanisms to maximize response and relevance of communications to prospective consumers.Partner with credit bureaus, data partners, direct mail vendors, and Arivo’s internal product & technology teams to execute with efficiency and excellence.Track metrics, consumer friction points, and consumer engagement strategies as part of the operational onboarding process.Build & lead a direct refinance operations team to facilitate customer interactions, acquisition of information, underwriting, and collateral assessment.Provide assessment, feedback, and facilitate strategic alignment on the direct lending unit with Arivo’s executive team.Experience & skill expectations:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communication, Technology or equivalent industry experience.Strong communication and active listening skills.Strong project management experience and/or the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.Familiarity with experimental design, test & control or A/B testing & segmentation.Experience, desire, or ability to understand the lending business and how to operate and profit from doing business.People leadership skills, with the ability to empower & inspire a team towards common goals.Here at Arivo, we are looking to expand our Direct Mail Refinance and Marketing functions. Historically, the company has focused on its core of indirect lending, which through partnership with automotive dealerships, have helped Arivo expand credit access and vehicle ownership to consumers across 20+ states. Our refinance vertical is an exciting channel for us to help improve affordability and the personal financial situations of prospective customers across the nation.
