We strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace, while seeking talented individuals to work with us across the many functions that will allow us to deliver new medicines to transform the lives of patients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage peer-to-peer digital and live programs, speaker bureau, steering committee, and advisory boards to support KIMMTRAK for metastatic uveal melanoma and potential future indications.Advance thought-leader strategy for KIMMTRAK, leveraging it as a template for pipeline products in the future.Lead development and implementation of peer-to-peer/speaker program educational content, collaborating with agency partners.Identify and train commercial speakers, manage speaker bureau, and ensure flawless execution of programs.Identify opportunities for enduring digital peer-to-peer content and negotiate impact guarantees with vendors.Develop and execute US advisory boards in partnership with medical team and steering committee(s).Work through the US promotional review process with regulatory, legal, medical, and agency partners.Gather timely feedback on tactics and response to key initiatives.Experience & Knowledge:Preferred professional experiences include customer engagement, identification of thought-leaders, speaker program management, and marketing analytics.Marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.Essential Competencies:Proactive, results-oriented self-starter motivated by a challenge.Strong customer orientation and focus.Good judgment in recognizing the distinction between "good enough" and perfection.Proven problem-solving and agency management skills.Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs and Compliance.Demonstrated excellence in project management and multi-tasking across several projects.Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with moderate remote supervision.Strong written and verbal skills.Education & Qualifications:US Oncology experience required; Immunotherapy and/or biologic experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree with major in biology, scientific area, or related business; MBA or related advanced life sciences/healthcare degree preferred.Experience working with and developing KOL relationships in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.5 – 7+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical marketing experience or combination of marketing and sales experience.Work Environment:

Located in Rockville, MD or Conshohocken, PA. Travel is approximately 35%.
