As the Director, HCPe Marketing IL-5, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing strategy and tactics for the GSK portfolio of anti-IL5 products across multiple indications. Key areas of emphasis for this role include HCP peer-to-peer content and disease education efforts at GSK funded speaker programs and sponsored efforts at key congresses. This individual will lead and work collaboratively across the commercial team including collaboration between HCP Marketing and the strategic engagement team.

This position will require strong leadership in many areas, including clinical acumen, building commercial strategy, creating tactics to support strategy, developing KPIs and measurement plans, and cross-functional collaboration.

The specific accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to the following: Set overall engagement strategy by customer segmentation including P2P, Steering Committees, Speaker Bureau, Congresses & Advisory Boards Speaker Program Strategy & Execution Vision and resource allocation in partnership sales, medical and marketing Customer guidance & targeting Customer engagement & content strategy including key agency partnership lead Lead coordination with strategic engagement team for; EEs & speaker training Congress Strategy & Execution Vision and resource allocation in partnership sales, medical and marketing for National congresses Leveraging 5-step process develop E2E congress engagement & content strategy including key agency partnership lead Lead coordination with strategic engagement team for congress selection and operations Develop and execute commercial sponsored product theatres Support field in setting strategy for sub-national congresses Drive top line performance and accountability for delivery of KPIs Basic Qualifications: BS/BA with 8 years commercial experience including marketing, sales and/or market access. Minimum 4 years' experience in US Pharmaceutical/biotech in-line brand marketing Minimum 2 years' experience in strategy and/or development of HCP engagement efforts Minimum of 2 days per week in office required Ability to travel domestically, up to 35% Preferred Qualifications: Launch experience/demonstrated ability to shape the market and utilize innovative go to market approaches. Experience in Respiratory, Specialty and/or Rare Diseases a plus Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, balanced with strong operational experience Demonstrates an understanding of US Pharmaceutical channel, pricing, and market access strategies Broad commercial experience, including: Brand lifecycle management Senior leader engagement Matrix team leadership Customer insight, messaging, campaign, creative development Budget management; P&L ownership
