The HCP Marketing Manager on the Meningitis Franchise plays a pivotal role in shaping our Bexsero, Menveo and pentavalent brand strategy. This position holds the responsibility for crafting compelling content for designated campaigns and tactics, including project briefs to ensure alignment to strategy. Beyond these duties, the incumbent will serve as a crucial member of the brand team, strategically collaborating across the matrix to enhance the efforts of our field selling team and ultimately helping to protect more people from vaccine-preventable disease.
The ideal candidate possesses a natural curiosity, a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the capacity to think innovatively while challenging conventional norms. This role places a significant emphasis on marketing acumen, analytical prowess, and the ability to propel the organization forward by generating and implementing novel ideas to foster a seamless experience for our customers, thereby maximizing market potential.

These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and execute go-to market efforts including conventions, speaker programs, patient advocate lead and college strategy. Oversee creative and analytics agencies and build strategic partner relationships with procurement and tech partners. Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory, Media Partners and Creative Agency leads). Be a trusted conduit between field sales and brand marketing, providing sales 'voice of customer' feedback to inform future optimizations of promotional resources, and amplifying brand objectives in order to maximize pull-through and utilization of omnichannel resources and strategies.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BS/BA, preferably in Business/Marketing or Health Sciences related field 4+ years of healthcare marketing experience (i.e., brand marketing, market access, market research, marketing operations) or 4+ years of commercial experience (sales, training, or communications in an agency, CPG or pharma company) Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of the organization
