Position SummaryA Partner Direct Supervisor will plan advertising media programs for assigned clients, manage campaigns, build relationships with media partners, lead projects from start to finish, and begin to manage Sr. Associates. The goal for this role is to drive the planning process while continuing to learn and become an expert in the healthcare marketplace. You will report to the Associate Director, Partner Direct.ResponsibilitiesKnowledgeFirm understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughoutFirm understanding of client's business and goalsFirm understanding of the planning processFirm understanding of the media marketplace and partner landscapeUnderstanding of partnership opportunities, deals and termsFirm understanding of agency planning toolsDay-to-Day
Driving media planning process - RFP development, consideration set lists, partner discussions, tactical plan slidesResponsible for partner performance management & optimizationResponsible for MLR program coordination/reviewIdentify new partner opportunities & POV'sAssist in partner negotiationsExecute PD team tasks including:
Creative asset specs workbooksBrand safety & ad verification monitoringLaunch communicationsMedia placement taxonomy configuration
Internal & External Relationships
Train Sr. AssociatesManage direct report's time and resourcesCollaborate internally across capabilities and teamsQualifications
