Position SummaryA Sr. Associate is the "Master of the Partner Details" and able to run small to medium sized projects independently. Reporting to a Partner Direct Supervisor, you will learn and understand foundational media executional strategies to start playing a more active role in the planning process.ResponsibilitiesKnowledgeUnderstanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughoutUnderstanding of client's business and goalsUnderstanding of the planning processUnderstanding of the media marketplace and partner landscapeUnderstanding of agency planning toolsDay-to-DayYou will assist in media planning prep - consideration set development, RFP issuance/managementResponsible for media placement taxonomy configurationResponsible for campaign launch managementMonitor brand safety & verificationResponsible for creative spec managementInternal + External RelationshipsBegins to develop relationships with media partnersQualifications
