You will develop strong relationships with internal & external media stakeholders. Your goal is to develop innovative, multi-channel, healthcare media plans while fostering strong media partnerships to expand marketplace skill set specifically within the HCP space. This position reports to the SVP, Partner Direct.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.You will come to the role with an expert understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughoutYou will have a strong understanding of how client business objectives translate into media investment and management strategiesYou will possess a deep understanding of the planning process, the overall media marketplace and partner landscapeYou will have a strong understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and termsYou have an expert understanding of agency planning toolsDay-to-DayYou will oversee the Partner Direct media recommendation and the daily execution of Partner Direct team tasksYou will ensure best practices in agency process, efficiencies, etc… are implemented and operationalYou will drives POVs on new partner offerings, processes, and technologiesYou will be responsible for managing on delivery of team projects and tasksYou will be responsible for PD marketplace 101's and education daysYou will be responsible for leading rate negotiations for large scale, multi-channel, and/or first to market dealsInternal + External RelationshipsYou will be responsible for developing talent, delegating, and ensuring teams are working smoothlyYou will have the skills and ability to navigate proper support for planning systems and toolsYou will oversee a team and will be responsible for:Managing a team and prioritizing team assignmentsDelivers constructive, actionable feedback to teamprovide clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization, and measures of success to the team & other key stakeholdersProvides expertise and shares knowledge with junior team membersAs needed, you will develop:New working relationships with client contactsContinues to develop relationships with key media partnersCollaborates internally with leadership across capabilities and teamsContinues to develop relationships with key Groupe teams, such as APEX and PMXYou may be asked to contribute o new business efforts as neededQualifications
7-8+ years of experience media industry experience3+ years experience in 5+ channels, audiences, and campaign types (Digital - Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Audio - Terrestrial & Streaming, Print, OOH, HCP, Payer/Managed Markets)3+ years experience people managing1+ years previous HCP pharma media experience0-1+ years experience across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer)Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
