This role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate, inspire, collaborate, and execute high-impact strategies that resonate with diverse global customer bases. Reporting directly to the President of Residential Filtration, the VP is a member of the company’s Global Senior Leadership Team and will oversee Sales, Strategic Marketing and Customer Support teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and financial goals.Overall ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive strategies that address our markets, involving differentiated marketing approaches, sales tactics, and customized product offerings.Set strategic direction maximizing revenue and MOI with active involvement in strategic marketing plans (SMM).Lead commercial and marketing teams, aligning them with the company's goals by setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering collaboration.Establish strategic marketing capabilities to analyze market trends, OEM/consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.Define product & technology needs using customer/market insights and partner with R&D and Product Development teams through the NPD process.Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customers, including negotiating large contracts and managing key accounts.Manage budgets across departments to maximize ROI on marketing and sales initiatives, including pricing strategies.Set and monitor performance metrics for sales and marketing using data analytics to drive business growth.Critically assess business plans, encouraging sound risk-taking to accelerate sustainable profitable growth.Set clear expectations for team leaders in delivering sustainable business results and review organizational structures to ensure competitiveness.Instill a culture of growth mindset with accountability and define success measures.Lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives while fostering a culture that attracts and retains a highly engaged workforce.Skills & CompetenciesDrive for Results / Accountability:
