The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.As a Sr. Marketing Associate at Zymo Research, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing department, reporting directly to the Marketing Director and interfacing heavily with the NGS Services and Product team. This role is centered on the execution of marketing campaigns, overseeing special programs and promotions, and ensuring the flawless day-to-day implementation of our marketing activities. Your project management and organization skills, and prior knowledge in NGS research will be critical in achieving our marketing objectives.We are looking for a dynamic and flexible marketer with a strong execution focus, dedicated to implementing initiatives that enhance strategy, boost awareness, drive lead generation, and increase conversion rates.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Content Development: Create compelling media content for both print and digital platforms. Assist in generating engaging content for online and offline marketing materials.Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.Digital Marketing: Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media management, and website content updates.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are in alignment with company objectives.Reporting and Analysis: Provide assistance in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Excellent team player and collaboration skills.Demonstrated proficiency in writing with a proven track record.Creative and analytical thinker.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of biotechnology, NGS, or life sciences is preferred.Location:Onsite - Zymo Research Operations - 2961 Dow Ave. Tustin, CA 92780
