There is an increasing number of Homeowners who are in NEED of money to pay off debts and cannot access their equity; we make it possible. StayFrank launched January 2022. We have grown from concept to revenue and are poised for our next round of growth.Position Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing the existing marketing strategies across various channels. You will use your analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring that we achieve our growth and ROI targets. In addition, you will project manage the execution of new marketing strategies and the vendors needed to implement. You will report directly to our Founder and CEO, Derek Jarr. You will be responsible for managing vendors.To be successful in this role you must:HubSpot expertise, HubSpot certified in reporting & marketing automation.Experience managing Paid Search, Social, Retargeting, Affiliate & SEO campaigns.Strong analytical skills to review data and reporting.Self-managed work-style, take initiative, not afraid to take action and learn.Want to work with a start-up and be willing to wear multiple hats.Experience in Direct to Consumer, Direct Response marketing.Experience working in the Proptech, Fintech, Residential Real Estate or lending industries.Tech savvy.Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Drive consistent sales-qualified leads through Direct Response and Brand Nurturing campaigns.Optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging paid search, social media, SMS, email, retargeting, affiliate marketing, and traditional channels to engage leads.Manage and analyze marketing performance data to make informed decisions and optimize results.Brand Expansion & Thought Leadership: Cultivate and expand StayFrank's business ecosystem to enhance market presence and transactions via HubSpot.Position StayFrank as a thought leader in the Home Equity alternative product industry and single-family rental (SFR) investment class.Maintain consistency in marketing messaging and branding across all channels.Vendor & Collaboration Management: Oversee and manage marketing vendors, including digital agencies, marketing tech vendors, website developers, and VoIP systems.Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business strategies.Content Marketing & Management: Manage content marketing initiatives and calendars, overseeing the creation of marketing assets and sales enablement tools.Workflow & Automation Management: Design and manage marketing workflows and automation processes.Implement and manage integrations with Zapier to streamline marketing operations.Oversee HubSpot CRM management to ensure optimal contact management and lead nurturing.Reporting & Analytics: Manage the reports that drive the marketing performance needed to hit our KPI’s A/B Testing, suggestions on optimization of campaigns.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving sales-qualified leads and elevating brand awareness.HubSpot experience required; HubSpot certification preferred.Strong experience in managing workflows, marketing automation, and CRM systems.Familiarity with Zapier for integrating and automating marketing tools.Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated experience in team management and mentorship.Proficiency in launching and managing marketing campaigns across various channels.Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools to measure and enhance marketing performance.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for achieving measurable results.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package: 80K to 100K DOEOpportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team in the real estate industry.Professional development and growth opportunities within the company.Application Process:
