As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented and collaborative Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand's growth.Position Overview: As the Senior Marketing Director at Printfresh, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our long and short-term marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead the marketing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop fun and unique campaigns that resonate with our beloved customers and fans.

This position reports directly to the CEO and is a part of the leadership team.Responsibilities:Key Areas of OversightPaid Social advertising.Paid Search agency oversight.Retention Marketing (lead by Sr Mgr of Retention Marketing) (Email/SMS/Social community)LoyaltyOrganic SocialInfluencer MarketingPR (via agency)Direct Mail (via agency)Affiliate Marketing (via agency)Brand Collaboration Marketing EffortsSEO Efforts (via agency)Landing page creation and collaboration for onMarketing Strategy and ExecutionOversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and influencer marketing.Oversee Meta ad spend with agency support and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.Collaborate with Creative and Merchandising to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.Stay updated on marketing trends and competitor strategies to keep Printfresh's brand presence innovative and compelling.Team Leadership and CollaborationLead and develop the marketing team, providing direction, feedback, and support to foster growth,innovation, and a positive and fulfilling work culture.Ability to build strong relationships with agency partners to ensure strong collaboration and performance results.Work closely with the VP of Merchandising to align on product launches, seasonal themes, and overall brand direction.Data and AnalyticsLeverage analytics and reporting to track campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.Support efforts to improve retention and customer lifetime value through targeted campaigns and effective segmentation.Identify areas of improvement in our analytics and reporting processes, enhancing our ability to measure marketing ROI accurately.Customer Engagement and RetentionCollaborate on the development of strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and engagement, utilizing feedback loops from customer service insights.Oversee the execution of email and retargeting campaigns to maintain engagement and drive repeat purchases.Ensure the building and nurturing of relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to strengthen brand loyalty.Brand Growth and Community BuildingSupport the elevation of Printfresh's social media presence with a focus on authentic storytelling, brand values, and community engagement.Support new initiatives by building excitement and engagement across channels.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredProven track record of at least 10+ years in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.Prior experience managing a minimum $5M annual marketing budget.Experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably within the fashion or consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve marketing goals.Familiarity with industry tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.Familiarity with EOS (Traction) model a plus, but not required.
