TS/SCI with Polygraph RequiredContingent Upon Contract Award

OTA is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Test Proctors to join our team. The Test Proctor will play a crucial role in facilitating academic and professional development by overseeing test administration processes across multiple government enterprises, with a focus on supporting Learning Centers and Language Testing centers. Responsibilities (Level I)

Enroll, register, schedule and confirm test dates on multiple networks as needed by the testing centerDeliver and proctor all tests as needed by the testing centerPrepare/handle test materials according to regulationGenerate reports and maintain database(s) for statistical and informational purposesRespond to all queries relative to testing and test deliveryAdhere to all policies and regulations regarding data integrity for the language testing systemsRegularly review all testing correspondence to ensure compliance with all procedures and guidelinesPerform basic troubleshooting on test facility computersCommunicate with IT support when necessary to resolve computer problemsProvide On the Job Training (OJT) to incoming proctor contractorsIssue appropriate forms and send notifications to test takersPerform nightly uploads of test results to the appropriate systemsIdentify to the Government test staff IT issues that have the potential to negatively impact testingQualifications (Level I)

Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraphHigh school diploma2 years of professional or academic proctor experience4 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word and Power Point) and basic application troubleshooting skills2 years experience in a customer service environmentResponsibilities (Level II)

Accurately and independently enroll, schedule, register, deliver, proctor and report results for testsIssue appropriate forms (for example DA330) and send notifications to test takersPerform nightly uploads of test results to the appropriate systemsTroubleshoot common computer glitches associated with test takingIdentify issues that have the potential to negatively impact testingPerform quality control to assure the maintenance of database(s) for statistical and informational purposesInsure all Test Proctors are aware of and adhere to policies and regulationsPerform Senior Test Proctor functions as described in AR-611Write testing lab SOPs for contractor personnel as neededProvide familiarization training for test takers where allowed by regulationPerform Test Proctoring of Oral Proficiency InterviewsQualifications (Level II)

Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraphHigh school diploma4 years of professional or academic proctor experienceExperience performing at the Test Proctor Level 1 for a minimum of 12 months and ability to perform all duties at Levels 1 and 2 (time may be waived). Prior experience such as Command Language Program Manager may apply.Ability to post all test scores/grades within one business day from receipt of gradeFamiliarity with on-line dictionary usage for PQE formatted level-3 tests as appropriate4 years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint), and have basic application troubleshooting skills3 years documented experience in a customer service environmentResponsibilities (Level III)

Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraphHigh school diploma7 years of professional or academic proctor experience (In lieu of Test Proctor experience, 4 years experience as a Command Language Program Manager (CLPM) may be substituted.)Must be capable of mentoring Test Proctors at Levels 1, 2 and 3Familiarity with on-line dictionary usage for PQE formatted level-3 tests as appropriate8 years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint), and have basic application troubleshooting skills7 years documented experience in a customer service environment
