Full-timeDescription: We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing an industry-leading 360° marketing strategy to help support and deliver against BYREDO business objectives in the Americas. You will also develop best-in-class marketing and communications strategies to support and achieve business objectives in the region. Meet growth targets and contribute to overall brand goals across fragrance, makeup, and ByProduct categories. This person will act as an extension of Global Brand Marketing to execute the brand vision consistently, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels: retail, wholesale, ecommerce, and amenities. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.What you will get to do:Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Senior Marketing Director to develop and lead 360 plans for seasonal product launches, campaigns, and evergreen opportunities.Manage and mentor trade marketing team (wholesale/retail managers), acting as a trusted resource for information and development.Partner closely with Global Marketing and Global Communications, advocating for local needs and managing all deliverables (i.e., local briefs, requests, recaps, budget, forecasting, and other levers to ensure health of the business).Partner with Retail and Ecommerce teams to develop a winning DTC marketing strategy, driving consumer desirability and ensuring an elevated brand experience (including campaign execution, events, new store openings, partnerships, CRM/CTA, education, VM, POSM & OOH).Partner with Wholesale team to craft and execute a winning marketing strategy for all distribution channels, including co-op management (digital, social, print, visualization), events, launch cadence, assortment, sampling campaigns, new counter openings.Plan bi-annual retailer market meeting and strategy summits (including leading post market initiatives on behalf of marketing).Requirements:
7-8+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the niche/prestige fragrance and luxury beauty industry.Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends.Omnichannel focus and orientation in approach to business priorities.Strong analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.You are a self-starter with passion, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail.Proven accountability for end-to-end project management.Willingness to challenge traditional ways of working.Proactive, solution-oriented, positive, and creative.Client-oriented and goals-oriented approach.Collaborative and adaptable, capable of both teamwork and autonomous work.Passionate advocate for the BYREDO brand.Compensation:
As required by the New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000 annually. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.EEOC:
