You’ll be the main client contact for nuanced conversations related to the team and the work, driving strategy and deliverables to ensure results each quarter.Duties and Responsibilities
Account + Client ManagementTravel for client needsLead hospitality moments and campaignsCreate, execute, delegate, & course correct account strategiesImplement strategies and oversee performance of KPIsAct as a trusted partner to clientsOversee scopes of work and direct teamsMonitor team activity to ensure budget adherenceProvide guidance and resources for account successDesign impactful PR campaigns and activationsManage conversations with clients regarding contract renewalMedia RelationsGuide teams to secure media placementsNurture A-list media relationshipsTeam LeadershipProvide expert counsel to the teamMentor team membersManage team retention and growth opportunitiesRequirements:
Ability to travel for client needsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProven leadership and coaching skillsMust have a valid passport for international travelExperience
