The Role As an Account Director, Public Relations, you will run accounts autonomously, driving the overarching account strategy while ensuring the team is set up for success. You’ll be the main client contact for nuanced conversations related to the team and the work, driving strategy and deliverables to ensure results each quarter. Duties and Responsibilities

Account + Client Management Travel for client needs Lead hospitality moments and campaigns Create, execute, delegate, & course correct account strategies Implement strategies and oversee performance of KPIs Act as a trusted partner to clients Oversee scopes of work and direct teams Monitor team activity to ensure budget adherence Provide guidance and resources for account success Design impactful PR campaigns and activations Manage conversations with clients regarding contract renewal Media Relations Guide teams to secure media placements Nurture A-list media relationships Team Leadership Provide expert counsel to the team Mentor team members Manage team retention and growth opportunities Requirements:

Ability to travel for client needs Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Proven leadership and coaching skills Must have a valid passport for international travel Experience
