You will be the main client contact for nuanced conversations and will drive strategy and deliverables, ensuring results each quarter.Duties and Responsibilities:
Account and Client ManagementTravel for client needsCreate, execute, delegate, and course correct overarching account strategiesImplement strategies and oversee performance of KPIsAct as a trusted partner to clientsOversee scopes of work and direct teams to conduct meaningful workMonitor team activity to ensure they stay within budgetsLead your team by providing clear guidance and resourcesDesign impactful PR campaigns and activationsManage conversations with clients relating to contract renewalsUnderstand client goals and lead account strategyMedia RelationsCreate pitches that lead to significant media placementsGuide teams to appropriate media for story ideasNurture A-list media relationshipsNew BusinessProvide thought leadership for new business proposalsAttend new business meetings as the voice of account leadershipBuild and foster a personal network of contactsTeam LeadershipLead and mentor team membersMotivate your team to keep them engagedManage direct reports and provide feedbackRequirements:
Ability to travel for client needsStrong relationships with media contactsEffective management skillsAdvanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and organizational skillsMust be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerHigh-energy self-starterProven ability to handle time-sensitive projectsMust have a valid passport for international travelExperience:
