Employees will operate CANOPY locations, interact with the members on a daily basis and be the backbone of CANOPY.

Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide impeccable communication in every interaction to effectively manage the needs of highly accomplished professionals in a mature, office environment; serve as the main point of contact for all members inquiries.Become a CANOPY brand expert to lead tours, highlighting the value of our various membership levels and premier amenities for new prospects.Ensure that new members and companies are onboarded and naturalized into our CANOPY community smoothly and efficiently; remain in contact with new members so they know you are there for them in case any problems or frustrations arise.Develop rapport with members over time, instilling a culture of strong work ethic, ease, and enjoyment; identify and act on opportunities to connect members. Greet guests and inform members of guest arrival.Administer efficient processes in order to take immediate action to resolve any issues encountered in the space; order office supplies as needed.Mail service management, prioritizing timely communication to members when packages arrive.Assess and communicate with Team CANOPY on areas where you see the potential for growth opportunities.Assist in the production of marketing initiatives, supporting event management, and working community events.Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos, philosophies, and spirit of CANOPY and how we conduct ourselves with members at all times.Who You Are:You are an expert relationship builder, able to charm and interact with new people in any social setting, as well as maintain a strong personal network. You go the extra mile, always thinking of ways you can provide those special touches for members and new prospects so that they can spend their time focusing on their professional endeavors with ease.You are a self-sufficient individual, who takes pride in organizing and maintaining a tidy space, setting priorities, and delegating tasks as needed. When someone comes to you with their frustration, you take value in listening and empathizing with them and assure them that you have their satisfaction as a top priority, empowering them to know you are on their team and will try to provide the best solution to resolve any matter.You are a team player with a passion for the entrepreneurial community, with excellent drive, fantastic presentation, and exemplary phone and email etiquette.Experience Requirements:6+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality or service industry.Four-year degree from an accredited university.Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)Pluses:Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)3+ years working in a fast-paced, startup environment
