Job DescriptionDigital & Web Marketing Executive (Hotel & Retail)This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.Work on SEO of the website pages to drive organic traffic.Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry for at least 3 years.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.Experience in web development, full stack development skills, UI/UX design, e-commerce integration, content management systems, SEO and performance optimization, API integration, security best practices, and version control.
