Description Of Work The Senior Director of Football Creative and Branding at Nebraska Football leads the creative vision, brand development, and digital storytelling for one of the most tradition-rich programs in college football. This position is responsible for shaping and executing a bold, innovative visual identity that supports recruiting, fan engagement, student-athlete brand building, and program culture. The role involves defining Nebraska football's identity and leading a content team to deliver high-impact stories that captivate fans, partners, and players. Candidates should have a forward-thinking approach, with a deep understanding of college football, digital trends, and brand strategy, to elevate Nebraska’s presence across all platforms while honoring its legacy. Experience directing production shoots, managing crews, and producing content on location. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing creative teams. In-depth knowledge of football culture and recruiting dynamics at the Power 4 level. Applicants must provide a portfolio of high-impact sports content emphasizing narrative, visual quality, and audience engagement. Preferred Qualifications Experience in creative direction, content production, or branding within college or professional athletics. Previous experience with Power 4 football or Big Ten branding initiatives. Familiarity with NIL branding support, student-athlete marketing, and NCAA compliance. Knowledge of licensing, usage rights, and clearance processes for music and footage. Working knowledge of CMS platforms, asset management systems, and digital analytics. Posted Salary
