This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the media landscape for an iconic brand, driving brand awareness, engagement, and omni-channel sales with an online and offline global media mix. Key partners for this role include Go-To-Market, Marketing Strategy, Channel + Trade Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce. This role will manage a team of 4 and agency partners.Responsibilities:Media Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement innovative and data-driven media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Budget Management:Oversee the budgeting process for media investments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels.Agency Partnership:Manage relationships with external media agencies, providing clear direction and feedback to optimize campaign performance.Cross-Channel Integration:Collaborate with go-to-market, creative, marketing strategy, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of media initiatives across channels.Measurement and Analysis:Establish key performance indicators and implement robust measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of media campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.8-10 years of experience in media planning and investment, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry or agencies that support luxury brands.Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage a team of people leaders.In-depth knowledge of media landscape, trends, and emerging technologies.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at David Yurman:As a company founded by artists, David Yurman champions self-expression in everything we do.
