We believe profitable growth starts with better data.The Head of Marketing for Proxima will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing demand generation strategies to increase sales and revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and implementing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, as well as developing and managing content to support our sales team.This person will collaborate cross-functionally with our sales and product team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and work closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement overall business strategy. Create and Execute campaigns to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.Be responsible for creating messaging and positioning, developing sales enablement materials, and working with the sales team to ensure successful launch.Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Develop and implement targeted audience building strategies to increase the quality and quantity of high-intent leads for clients.Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategy.Lead and manage a team to execute on initiatives and achieve company goals.Use data and analytics to identify key audience segments and create targeted campaigns for each segment.Measure the success of audience building campaigns using metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate and ROI.What We Need
10+ years of proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role in a B2B/SaaS companyStrong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and lead generation strategiesExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to analyze data and use it to inform decisionsStartup Experience a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.$200,000 - $250,000 a yearThe total compensation for this role ranges from $200,000/year to $250,000/year. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, skills and experience.
