As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing initiatives.

Primary Qualifications:MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles.Experience with eCommerce a plus.Proven success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with the jewelry market and trends a plus.Primary Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. Drive sales team performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.Marketing Management: Direct the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive demand.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving overall business objectives.Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the sales and marketing efforts.
