To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client is an international law firm who is looking for a strong professional to support their Chief Marketing Officers as a Marketing Administrative Assistant. This role will have various duties from administrative support to marketing projects ensuring smooth operation of their schedules and communication needs. This role has high visibility within the firm and they operate on a hybrid schedule.THE ROLE:

Manage CMOs' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Act as primary contact for CMOs, handling correspondence, calls, and stakeholder communications.Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.Coordinate meetings, videoconferences, and special events, managing logistics and materials.Maintain marketing and departmental calendars, documents, and staff information.Process invoices and expense reports via Chrome River.Cover phone and scheduling duties for directors as needed.Assist with departmental resources and employee recognition programs.Greet visitors and guests in Chicago.YOU:

Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within professional servicesStrong project management and organizational skills.Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred.
