Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal team member is a visual storyteller—someone who can see the beauty in the details and has the skills to turn moments into captivating digital content. You’ll be at the forefront of our digital presence, working closely with our passionate team to craft stories that highlight our vibrant community of creatives.

Love to capture and create stunning visuals, whether through photos, videos, or graphics.
Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, but are also self-motivated and proactive.
Have a knack for identifying the moments that matter and turning them into high-impact content.
What You'll Do:
Craft compelling digital content (graphics, photos, and videos) that celebrates our artistry, creativity, and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with our marketing and education teams to fuel our social media platforms with engaging stories and visuals.
Dive into a variety of creative projects, from supporting our teaching initiatives to expanding our outreach on social media.
Seek out ways to invite people to be active in our creative community
What Makes You Stand Out:
You're organized and thrive in a creative workflow.
You’re skilled in photography and video editing, with experience in digital publishing being a plus.
You're confident using technology to capture, edit, and share your work, ensuring it reaches the right audience.
You have the ability to create goals, target and capture them by collaborating with the team.
Skills & Competencies:
A keen eye for detail and a creative flair for visual storytelling.
Strong organizational and communication skills, especially when collaborating with a team.
A love for working with people and inspiring them through your content.
A goal-driven mindset focused on delivering results with efficiency and passion.
When it comes to technology, you are a systematic solution maker that keeps focused on great end-results for the company .
Confident and strong skills with Adobe and Microsoft applications.
Photography and video building confidence
Ability to build graphic content and to confidently manage data to professional standards

This is a part-time position with flexibility in your workweek. Plus, we’ll provide you with all the training you need to get familiar with our retail environment and customer service approach.
Benefits:All team members are eligible for performance bonuses on monthly goals. All team are eligible for Simple IRA Investment Benefit. Full time team members receive PTO, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.
Salary: $15.00 - 25.00 hourly
