Senior Marketing Strategist - Remote at Power Engineers in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Senior Marketing Strategist - Remote Location: Rocky Mountain State/Territory: Department: Corporate Strategy Management Dept Description Senior Marketing Strategist About You You are a Marketing Manifester-one-third strategist, one-third analyst, and one-third project manager. You've successfully collaborated cross-functionally to bring new products and/or services to market, driving adoption and revenue growth for ground-floor offerings. POWER is innovating like crazy, and we're looking for clear win strategies in our chosen markets. Your work will ensure new products and services are brought to market with the best chance of being commercially viable. Your Role Identify target market segments, collaboratively define the offering, assist in pricing analysis, and drive structured schedules and GTM plans. More specifically, you will: + Serve as the primary marketing contact overseeing go-to-market milestones, timelines and budgets + Orchestrate efforts between cross-functional teams throughout the product launch lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Break down milestones into manageable workstream sub-projects for commercial launch + Identify potential rollout risks and build mitigation strategies for predictable execution + Extract market intelligence, business and marketing analytics, and other data to inform win strategies, go-to-market plans, and adoption tactics. + Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. + Provide insights and recommendations to optimize and refine product strategy based on market feedback and performance data + Directly contribute to defining value proposition + differentiation, messaging and positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies + Plan and facilitate the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns with the aid of production, marketing, creative, and business development teams + Coordinate with internal business owners and business development teams on primary customer acquisition approaches + Continuously assess market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine marketing efforts and lead through influence + You may work from any mutually agreeable location Your Creds You have senior-level experience in bringing new product lines to launch. If that experience touches on advisory services, electrical energy markets, or any type of professional services, that will thrill us even more. That might seem contradictory to some, but it works for us Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $95,000-$120,000 per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
