Marketing Manager, Cozy Games As a Marketing Manager at Cozy Games, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for an unannounced game. Experience developing go-to-market strategies that turn original IP into household names.Passionate about the cozy genre, MMOs, and games like Animal Crossing, Spirited Away, and Palia.Has worked on games that are available on multiple platforms.Has launched a multiplayer game.Strong focus on early community building through marketing, including heavy alpha and public beta beats as seen in the MMO or multiplayer space.Post-launch understanding of reengagement tactics over multiple years.Experience with the dynamics of multiplayer GaaS to help educate the broader organization.Responsibilities

Define the overall marketing strategy for an upcoming game including positioning, unique selling points, key messaging, and campaign goals.Create, lead, and execute go-to-market campaigns that drive conversation in partnership with key stakeholders.Define roadmaps, deliverables, owners, and work back schedules for campaign beats.In partnership with cross-functional teams, succinctly articulate and write strategies, briefs, memos, or any documentation needed to communicate our marketing approach and vision.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including but not limited to Creative Production, Brand, Product, CI, Localization, QA, Game Production, Game Design, Title Marketing, Social, Partner Marketing, etc.Manage external partners including but not limited to creative/social/influencer agencies, and researchers, to ensure company brand values and tone of voice are followed.Oversee product marketing budget and maximize the effectiveness of campaigns within budget.Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in game publishing/marketing; ideally having created successful marketing campaigns for multiple games on a variety of platforms and genres with a focus on F2P Live Service mobile.Experience working across multiple game marketing functions including community management, social, player support, Comms, and User Acquisition.Experience building successful marketing campaigns for both original and licensed IP large entertainment IPs in collaboration with filmmakers, showrunners, studios, and license holders.Proven experience as a steward of game marketing from a game portfolio perspective with the ability to support our brand vision, position, and architecture and achieve overall business goals for games.Experience partnering with product development teams to make insight-informed decisions that impact members.Able to galvanize and influence teams and partners across departments at all levels.Used multiple agencies and vendors working in concert to create a cohesive product marketing campaign.Able to collaborate with creatives to create a lasting impression among players.Have a style that promotes respect, credibility, and trust throughout the organization.Compensation: $75.00 - $100.00 per hourID#: 33471838Cypress HCM, LLC www.cypresshcm.com(415) 394 – 6400
