A key priority for this role will be to organize and optimize our existing contact strategy to make it more effective in converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and capable of thinking independently to drive successful campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless and effective process.Key Responsibilities:Organize, develop, execute, and optimize our existing contact strategy (email and SMS tied to call cadence) to improve effectiveness in lead conversion.Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to refine and enhance contact strategies.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align contact strategies with overall business objectives.Monitor and manage lead databases to ensure timely and accurate follow-ups.Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and lead conversion rates.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead nurturing and contact strategies.Support partner channel and owned and operated lead generation programs.Requirements

Additional experience in the following areas is helpful:Website updates and maintenance.Social media management and updates.Email marketing campaign execution and maintenance.Optimization of landing pages and other digital assets.Knowledge of SEO best practices.Competitor analysis and research.Qualifications:Proven experience in developing and executing contact strategies across various channels (email, SMS, voicemail, phone calls).Experience with email, SMS, and CRM platforms. Ability to operate platforms with autonomy.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with sales CRM software and lead management tools.
