Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of search campaigns, including bid oversight, budget tracking, and execution.Develop initial keyword research for manager review and analyze keyword lists, search volumes, and make strategic recommendations.Run regular search reports to identify new keyword opportunities, monitor pacing, and optimize overall campaign spend.Draft ad creatives based on briefing materials, website content, and client direction, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.Traffic, upload, and quality-assure keywords, utilizing bid management tools.Collaborate closely with search teams, engines, and platforms daily.Stay current with platform updates, tools, and interfaces (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Skai, SEMrush, Adthena, etc.).Generate reports using bid management platforms and tools like Skai.Create Excel pivot tables, formulas, graphs, dashboards, and charts for performance tracking and reporting.Maintain and review budget tracking documents in collaboration with the Search Manager.Alert the manager of any under or overspending, traffic irregularities, and optimization opportunities regarding spend and pacing.Ensure accurate account record keeping, reporting, and invoice reconciliation.Participate in weekly search team meetings and provide recommendations to improve reporting, keywords, and creative strategies.Conduct and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign setups and structures.Research and analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform campaign adjustments and improve user search experience.Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent.At least 4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads/Bing).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.Proficiency in working with paid social, search, display, online video, and other platforms and technologies.Team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation and client-facing skills, with experience creating decks and reports.Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.Focused on achieving outcomes and providing solutions.Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a plus.A desire to continually learn and grow within the department, contributing to both client success and personal development.
