In this role you will lead all aspects of integrated marketing communications, and you will work closely with stakeholders, brand, marketing, and communications colleagues as well as external partners, to develop strategies for events, content marketing and marketing campaigns for all entities and stakeholders within the ANA Enterprise.You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and activities and for the development and execution of integrated and data-driven integrated marketing communications strategies, to drive business objectives, goals/results, and ROI to achieve the goals & objectives of the ANA Enterprise strategic plan.This is an exciting time of innovation, creativity and growth for ANA. In addition, you will be empowered to challenge the status quo, up, down and across the enterprise.If you truly possess the soft and hard skills described above, and you want to be an agent of change that will have a significant and positive impact on more than 5 million nurses nationally and globally, we want to speak with you!WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop comprehensive awareness of and relationships with diverse stakeholder community to effectively deliver marketing strategies in support of strategic goals and objectives.Define, articulate, and implement marketing communications strategies to elevate awareness and understanding of the organization’s mission, goals, and activities for both revenue driven and mission driven activities.Oversee the planning, development, and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for new and existing products, services, programs, and campaigns, driving meaningful progress and growth.Role model a digital-first and data driven philosophy across marketing communications strategies and channels.Partner across the Marketing and Communications team to help activate brand strategy through program, product as well as service focused campaigns and activities.Work directly with executive-level clients to validate and regularly update strategic objectives as needed and foster a high degree of stakeholder engagement through externally facing omni-channel marketing and communications mechanisms.Collaborate with brand, marketing, and communications colleagues to ensure strategic, integrated planning, execution, analysis to optimize efficient operations and impact.Recruit, hire, retain, and supervise individuals in the team and provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to team members.Shape data ROI reporting to provide insights on attribution, campaigns, and disseminate this information to business partners to better inform them of the work, results, and ROI.
