Global Alliance Marketing Lead

who will manage the marketing relationship with key global alliance partners to develop and execute joint strategic partner marketing plans. You will use a strong mix of skills and abilities including relationship and project management, alliance marketing sales-facing relationships and cross-functional marketing experience.What you'll doLead the development of global joint marketing plans with Adobe's top Global Alliance Partners.

Work with partners and partner sales team to develop strategic marketing plans that create new partner pipeline and progress existing partner deals through the best mix of marketing channels (ie: thought leadership, events, content development, executive engagements, etc.).

Identify top opportunities for business engagements (internal and customer facing) with senior leadership supporting the alliance partnerships.

Co-develop the plans, presence and execution of Partner sponsorships of flagship Adobe global events, global partner events, and 3rd party conferences.

Collaborate closely with the Adobe ABM and Segment Marketing teams.

Track and report on success metrics and ROI.

Own and manage a sizeable marketing budget.

Engage appropriate alliance partners to support key Adobe announcements.

Jointly develop customer success stories and value propositions to highlight partnership wins and support best practices working with the Partner ecosystem.

What you need to succeed8+ years experience in an enterprise marketing role within the tech industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.

Experience and proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives.

Experience working closely with sales and operations in customer-facing roles.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Ability to implement programs quickly and effectively with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiar with reporting on metrics and pivoting from data insights.

Strategic planner and problem solver.

Some domestic travel may be required.
