This individual will report to the Head of Marketing Transformation within the centralized JPMC marketing organization and will support the Chase, J.P. Morgan and corporate brands.

Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.As a Marketing Audience General Manager on the Performance Marketing transformation team, you will need to understand the current state marketing/product/data ecosystems and target state requirements across key functions and lines of business (LOBs) to guide the audience modernization efforts. You will work on the development of an interim and target state audience strategy which delivers experiences our customers want and also assist in creating a simpler employee experience. You will partner with leaders across the firm to create initiatives and roadmaps across data, personalization, optimization, execution and Martech that drive the realization of the firm’s future state marketing vision of being customer obsessed.Job ResponsibilitiesLead Marketing Audience Modernization across CCB through partnering with Data & Analytics (“D&A”), Line of Business Marketing Teams (“LOB MT”), Performance Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology.Establish a shared omni-channel vision for how we define, manage, and execute marketing audiences across platforms, channels, and products.Develop a strategic and executable plan, including timelines, resource requirements and dependencies for the creation of data features and foundational populations across Marketing LOBs to achieve target state Audience Definition and Management.Partner with D&A Audience Management and Performance Marketing Execution to develop processes and controls to support target state Audience Definition and Management, including assisting in the identification, rationalization and prioritization of capabilities to achieve target state processes and controls in the campaign workflow solution(s) and coordinating campaign workflow solution roadmaps with overall Audience Modernization timelines.Develop interim strategy for managing audiences for existing campaigns as we work toward our target state solution, including interactions between CDP, P&I and Sales Force Marketing Cloud.Identify and solution for obstacles which currently prohibit achieving our target state, including proposals how to manage obstacles during our modernization journey.Establish framework to evaluate models used to generate and/or refine marketing audiences to determine integration with target state audiences’ strategy and alignment in the hierarchy of making a decision (interim and target state).Develop a strategic plan, including interim solution during the journey for consumption of model outputs to achieve neutral or improved business intelligence in targeting audiences.Develop, own and maintain the business case for Audience Modernization efforts, including ensuring we are driving the economic value ascribed to key capabilities.Develop and execute a communication plan for audience modernization.Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills10+ years of marketing or equivalent experience, with expertise in marketing, product and/or innovation.Proven ability and experience developing comprehensive transformation vision and strategic plan, and then executing to deliver results.Proven people leader with demonstrated ability to promote strong team culture, set clear goals, delegate and efficiently organize resources and workstreams.Ability to build relationships and use influence effectively.High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines.Proven executive-level written and verbal communications skills and presence with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsMBA or advanced degree.Consulting or financial services industry experience.About UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
