Perform competitive analysis and conduct customer studies with the insight of salespeople who know the customer and products best.Main Responsibilities :Implement digital marketing campaigns – collaborate on campaign creation and provide a conduit between sales and marketing.Maintain and oversee the content calendar.Design, segment and send all email communications and improve email communication program, together with marketing communications associate.Create and launch landing pages, pillar pages, blog and other SEO targeted content.Ensure a continued and targeted digital lead generation program.Support marketing and sales to develop a strategy to increase online sales for the North American Region.Responsible and accountable for top-line e-commerce sales revenue growth.Understand requirements of doing business with customer, including all aspects of business, operations, finance, credit and distribution.Work with all teams of the organization (Purchasing, Sales, Quality and Engineering, Operations, Customer Service and Credit).Support trade show efforts in the form of campaigns and logistics.Participate in customer presentations/Meetings.Additional responsibilities assigned at managers discretion.Physical Demands and Work Environment :While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. You are occasionally at risk of electrical shock and vibration.While performing the tasks of this job, you will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use stairways to climb to multiple floors within office building, and talk or hear. You will be occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Your work will be frequent computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.We ask that you occasionally travel about 10% of the position, often overnight or multiple days.You will have remote flexibility after training (60% in office/40% remote).Scope of Job :Geographical scope of the role:

DomesticCreate sustainable relationships across multiple services.Demonstrate marketing abilities through digital content creation.Skills/Knowledge/Experience :B.S. degree or equivalent with two years relevant work experience.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce sales.Knowledge areas/Skills :Digital marketing or Ecommerce sales experience.Experience developing designs into custom landing pages, HTML-based e-mails, and other front-end solutions.Tag-support experience for Google Analytics using Google Tag Manager.Experience with Search Engine Optimization and Site Optimization strategies and solutions.Work with all levels of Business.Acceptable solutions to complex problems across multiple business and technical areas and vendors.Other requirements :Enjoy an agile development environment.Test new concepts and able to change direction as the business and technology evolves and changes.Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Eager to learn new technologies and development methods.Excellent problem-solving skills and written and verbal communication skills.We believe there is always a better way.
