REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop a variety of different content to support communications efforts, including emails, newsletters, website, materials, FAQ's, and presentations.Assist with the preparation and organization of project information, training materials, and instructional processes.Monitor and manage numerous project timelines to ensure milestones, priorities, and deadlines are on track for completion.Create communications templates to build a resource toolkit for recurring initiatives and inquiries.Build a project management plan and system to organize all communications projects and assets.Coordinate volunteers, support staff, vendors and more to support community events.Respond to and support all staff requests regarding information related to projects.Respond to each inquiry, whether from a customer, vendor, or co-worker in a professional and courteous manner.Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.Strict adherence to brand style guides, customer-facing terminology and other relevant policies for external communications and marketing.Develop a content review and approval process for stakeholders to foster collaboration and deadline compliance.Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.Uphold the rights and interests of the Authority while building and maintaining an effective relationship with employees.Perform related duties and projects as assigned.Ability to occasionally work outside of regular working hours to support communication and education-related initiatives in the field.
