We raised 10 million dollars in our seed round to revolutionize content creation.As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic individual to lead marketing and propel Hedra to new heights.Note: Hedra is not a 9-5 job, we’re a team of passionate individuals seeking to fundamentally change content and build a generational company together. You must be willing to work in-person in either NYC or SF.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and partnership strategiesEstablish, monitor, and optimize KPIs for organic and paid advertising initiativesCultivate relationships with influencers and brands to create strategic partnershipsOversee and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedInAnalyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform growth initiativesCollaborate with product and engineering teams to align growth efforts with product developmentRequired Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, preferably in media or tech companies5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media platformsDeep understanding of the online culture, terminally online presenceProven track record in managing successful ad campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-makingStrong leadership and communication skillsCommunity building to nurture and activate our 400K+ strong user baseExperience orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and influencersExperience leveraging and accelerating already rapid product led growthPreferred Qualifications:

Experience in the AI or video technology sectorFamiliarity with content creation tools and platformsHistory of scaling user acquisition for creator platforms that span B2C and B2BSample Projects:

Lead paid social campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic trafficManage email marketing campaigns and sequencesTrack and report on key metrics across all funnel stagesClosing: At Hedra, we're reshaping the future of digital content creation.
